Prior to launching Case Sales & Marketing, Marty Landry spent 16 years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, one of the nation's top 250 privately held companies.
His career responsibilities at Enterprise included management of metro New Orleans, then Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota before being named an officer of the company and Regional Vice President of the Northeast Ohio/Southeast Michigan operations. During his career he won several national sales, marketing and business growth awards.
He brings expertise in management, market development, employee training and performance measurement, customer service, operations/process improvement and real estate acquisition.
He also brings proficiency in reorganization and start up experience with complete P&L responsibility.
A graduate of Louisiana State University Baton Rouge, Landry serves as a Principal of Case Sales and Marketing, LLC.

John Landsbaum

John Landsbaum brings 16 years' experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, culminating as a Regional Vice President and Officer in this Fortune 250 privately held company. While with Enterprise, Landsbaum won numerous awards for sales and growing his business operations.
He further honed his sales, operations, management and leadership skills as the Principal of Landsbaum and Associates a consulting firm focused on the needs of small and midsized companies. He also served as Vice President of Global Business Operations for a start-up IT firm, ITERSource.
Landsbaum's expertise covers business growth, development and expansion, sales and marketing planning and execution, human resources recruiting and benefits, employee training, development and evaluation.
He also brings proficiency in turn-around management, process improvement and P&L experience.

Tom Duderstadt, J.D. - Vice President Legal

Tom Duderstadt brings over 20 years of experience in the legal industry to Case Sales & Marketing. His career includes practicing law with areas of emphasis in litigation, has served as General Counsel and most recently has been involved in marketing the services of legal support providers to the legal sector.
Duderstadt consults with top attorneys on various issues related to the development and support of their cases, as well as extensive involvement in legal consultation with law firms and corporate counsel in the area of electronic discovery and the proper management of electronic data.
He has worked with clients that include many of the AmLaw 100 law firms, Fortune 100 counsel, and most prominent plaintiff's attorneys in the state of Texas. He frequently consults with attorneys in the area of expert witness investigation and designation in critical damages cases.
Duderstadt's experience includes speaking engagements on the topic of litigation-related risk avoidance for corporate risk managers and attorneys. He also advises firms and attorneys with respect to legal staffing requirements, collections and assists attorneys with lateral career moves.
A graduate of the University of Texas, and the Bates College of Law at the University of Houston, Duderstadt leads the legal consulting practice for Case Sales and Marketing, LLC.
